Getting Your Order Ready

Orders are generally prepared within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation and order verification.

During holidays, promotions, or periods of increased demand, preparation may take up to 5 business days.

Estimated U.S. Transit

Standard shipping to eligible U.S. destinations generally takes 10–15 business days after dispatch.

Preparation time is additional to transit time. Your shipping estimate begins when the parcel is dispatched, rather than when payment is submitted.

Arrival estimates are not guaranteed dates. Weather, carrier schedules, destination, seasonal demand, customs checks where applicable, and transportation disruptions may affect delivery.

Once your order has shipped and tracking becomes available, shipment information will normally be emailed to the address used at checkout.

Please allow time for collection and carrier scanning. The first tracking event may appear after the dispatch notification, and updates can pause while a parcel travels between handling locations.

Provide your order number and complete corrected address. We will try to assist before fulfillment begins, but changes may no longer be possible once processing, packing, or shipment preparation starts.

🍽️ Check Your Purchase on Arrival

Please contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from its description.

Include your order number, a description, and clear photos of the product, packaging, and affected parts. A short video may help where appropriate and safe.

For kitchen sets or accessories with removable parts, identify the specific missing or incorrect component.

Stop using an item with a broken, loose, or malfunctioning component. You do not need to use an unsafe product to demonstrate an issue.

After review, assistance may include replacement, reshipment, refund, or return arrangements. If a return is needed, we will provide the destination and instructions before you send anything back.
