Our collection includes kitchen tools for washing and straining, baking, opening cans and bottles, sink cleaning, and beverage and ice preparation.

Before ordering, review the selected product’s:

Do not assume that similar-looking accessories are interchangeable or that every item is suitable for dishwashers, ovens, microwaves, or freezers.

🔄 Correcting or Canceling an Order

Email service@novypvp.com as soon as possible if you need to change an item, correct delivery information, or request cancellation.

We will try to assist before fulfillment begins. Once processing, packing, or shipment preparation starts, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible.

No cancellation fee applies to orders successfully canceled before fulfillment.

If the order cannot be stopped, eligible items may still be considered for return under our Return & Refund Policy.

Eligible returns may be requested within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery.

Contact us before mailing an item back. After reviewing and approving the request, we will provide the designated return destination and instructions.
